It's Back!! Operation Transformation 2022 - 5K Event
The OT leaders will be taking part in a 5k at the Phoenix Park in Dublin to mark the end of their OT journey this Saturday the 19th of February.
If you didn't get to register for the 5k, don't panic! Why not try one of the 5 Tipperary Park Runs Borrisokane Town parkrun, Burgess Junior parkrun, Clonmel parkrun, Knockanacree Woods parkrun and Templemore parkrun
Register on www.parkrun.ie/register for a free 5k parkrun
✅You will only need to register once to get your parkrun ID/barcode.
✅ Make sure you have a copy of your barcode with you or saved to your phone when you turn up.
✅ All events start at 9.30am every Saturday
✅ If this will be your first parkrun event make sure you arrive in good time to hear the event briefing & get familiar with the route.

Sundays OT 5k walk was another success for Tipperary Sports Partnership, as people of all ages and fitness levels joined our fantastic Tipp OT leaders as they led the way in Thurles Race course.
An amazing experience enjoyed by all and a super way to kick off a Sunday morning with friends and family.
Energy , fun and enthusiasm was the vibe of the day.

It is great having three leaders from the Premier County. The show airs on RTE One on a Wednesday night at 9.35pm.
Come out and Kickstart 2022 with Tipperary Sports Partnership and join us for a fun, safe and accessible walk as part of the Operation Transformation National Walk. This event will take place on Sunday, 16th January, at 11.00 a.m. in the Thurles Racecourse, Nenagh Road, Thurles.

Operation Transformation, in collaboration with DCU School of Health and Human Performance, have developed the Minimum Fitness Test.
This test will identify where you fit within the minimum standards of physical fitness and give you a target fitness to aim for.
